Go to youtube.com and click on the video you want embed on your facebook page.

Click the "Share" button under the video,

Copy the the highlight the URL displayed.

Navigate to Facebook, log in to your account and select the page where you want to embed the YouTube video.

Paste the URL on the status box and wait for a thumbnail to be displayed
